Spa procedures
Just like the steam bath, other spa treatments have positive effects on health. However, the difference is usually in the more intensive experience due to the special course of the spa process and the layout or design of the sauna area. The procedures are based on traditional and proven cleansing methods originally from eastern countries and are divided into several phases. You can choose from four types of special spa procedures: hammam, caldarium, tepidarium and laconium.
HAMAM
This special spa treatment originated in the Ottoman Empire. It is exceptional for its sense of eastern ambience. It consists of two parts: a thoroughly cleansing sweat and subsequent relaxation. The main element is a massive stone massage table, on the heated surface of which a special soap massage takes place.
TEPIDARIUM
In the tepidarium steam bath, you lie on a heated, ergonomically shaped lounger, where heat radiates evenly from the walls, floor and resting area at a temperature of 37-39 °C. This treatment is used to warm up the body, along with relaxation and overall regeneration. The humidity in the tepidarium is around 20 %.
